Boston Children's researcher from Iran detained at Logan under travel ban

An Iranian cancer researcher traveling to the US on a valid visa to work as a visiting scholar at Boston Children’s hospital, has been detained at Logan international airport with his wife and three children, two weeks after Donald Trump’s revised travel ban came into force.

For months, the Friends of Prouty Garden have warned that Trump's travel ban would have a negative impact on Boston Children's Hospital. It's very unfortunate that an eminent researcher would be barred from working in Boston.
